Refund policy
At BellyCozy, we want you to feel completely at ease with your order. That is why we offer a 30-day return policy: you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. If something is not right, we are here to make it simple.
Return Conditions
For health and hygiene reasons, our postpartum wraps can only be returned if they are unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached, and in their original packaging. Your item must be in the same condition you received it, and your order number or proof of purchase is required. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@bellycozy.com with your order number and the reason for your return. If your item arrived damaged or defective, please include a few photos so we can help you faster. Returns sent to us without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Return Shipping (Free for You)
All approved returns are fully covered by BellyCozy, whether the item is defective or simply not the right fit for you. Once your return request is approved, we will email you a free prepaid return label. There are no restocking fees, ever.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, for the full price of the returned product. Your bank or payment provider may need a little extra time to post the funds. If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please reach out to us at support@bellycozy.com.
Exchanges and Size Swaps
Finding your perfect fit matters to us. If you would like a different size or style, the fastest way is to request a return for your original item, and once it is approved, place a new order for the one you want. If you are unsure about sizing before ordering, email us at support@bellycozy.com and we will happily guide you.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at support@bellycozy.com and we will make it right, quickly and at no cost to you.
Situations Where a Return May Not Be Accepted
A return may be declined if the item has been worn, washed, or used, if tags or original packaging are missing, if the return is requested more than 30 days after delivery, or if the item was damaged through misuse or improper handling.
Our Comfort Guarantee
Every BellyCozy wrap is made to high quality standards. If you receive an item with a genuine manufacturing or material defect under normal use, contact us at support@bellycozy.com with your order number, a description, and photos. We will review your request and offer a replacement or refund. This guarantee does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, improper handling, or unauthorized alterations.
